Corner House is a precise architectural response to a sharp-edged corner site, delivering a bold presence within a compact footprint.
Situated at the intersection of two streets, the home presses deliberately against its setbacks, turning its back on the street to embrace a private, sun-drenched courtyard at its heart. A continuous north-facing deck links the kitchen to the main bedroom, fully exploiting the site while reinforcing indoor outdoor living.
Two ensuite bedrooms, a powder room and a large scullery integrate seamlessly, supporting both family life and entertaining. Monument Matt cladding wraps the form, punctuated by recycled jarrah battens above windows and to the eaves that soften the minimalist palette with texture and warmth.
